  • Children's Therapy

I offer counselling for children in a gentle and supportive space where they can express themselves freely and safely. I draw on expressive therapies, such as play and creative approaches, to help children explore their feelings, discover their inner voice, nurture their natural growth and develop healthy ways of coping. I also support children in understanding and nurturing their own neurotype, helping them to embrace who they are with confidence. Alongside this, I work closely with parents, offering guidance and support as they walk alongside their child in their therapeutic journey. Together, we focus on strengthening connection, understanding, and growth within the family.

    Restoration Therapy

These sessions are for those wanting to restore friendships or close relationships. Sometimes ruptures happen in friendships and close relationships that feel too big to mend. Many times people walk away when they don’t know how to work through the messy waters that can appear when they feel hurt by others and/or hurt others. The desire to mend, repair and restore the relationship is there but you may feel unsure about how to do this effectively. Rachel will walk you through what it would take to restore a friendship/relationship and support you through the work you will need to do within yourself first. Then, you will consider inviting the other person/people into the therapy room. They would be supported to process their own work within themselves first, if they choose to accept the invitation. Once this is done, Rachel would host counselling sessions all together. An opportunity of restorative therapy is offered to all. Together you can map out a way forward, through the clearer waters, from there. If this is something you are considering, please contact Rachel today.
