Cancellation Policy

Rachel understands that unplanned situations can arise which prevent you from attending your counselling session. Sometimes moving the session to online instead of face-to-face can be a helpful way of keeping your appointment if you are unable to make it in person. Contact Rachel directly via text message to arrange moving session online. In the event that you need to reschedule/cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances please give 48 hours notice for cancelling the booking. This ensures that those who are awaiting counselling session availability, get a chance to book in last minute. If you do not give at least 48 hours notice you will be charged $150 for an Individual session cancellation or $195 for Couples/Family session cancellation.
